The front desk guy, Mr. D, was super friendly and made me feel right at home, but the room itself was a bit messy—hair in the toilet, hair in the sink, dirt on the floor, and the bed was as hard as a rock, not very comfortable at all.

Nothing good to say, and the whole stay was awful: I was assigned a smoking room even though I asked for non‑smoking, the desk staff was rude and kept insisting it was my card, but it was actually the system’s fault.
