The view was stunning, but unfortunately, the hotel staff didn't quite live up to the 5-star standard. Our ondol room was freezing, and we had to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up. The front desk staff seemed unhelpful, and the management team just passed the buck. The condition of the room was also disappointing, especially considering the price. On the other hand, the triple room we used was much cleaner. The front desk staff's attitude was also a major letdown.

The staff were friendly, the dinner buffet was great, and the hotel was clean. However, I was surprised that there was no convenience store on site, and the room was a bit of a trek from the parking lot. The summer bedding was also way too thick and heavy. The breakfast buffet was overpriced, and there was a weird smell in the hallway from food waste. And to top it off, there was a strong smell of rotting seafood.
