It’s a reasonable place for its cheap price. Note that the hotel is in District 7, about a 30‑minute drive from the city centre. Although it’s near RMIT University on the map, it’s not very walkable there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and after I decided it wasn’t the hotel I wanted for 5 nights, they immediately approved a date change and refunded my money. It could be cleaner.

I only realized it was a hotel for dates when I got there, but the room was clean except for a few hairs under the bed linen and some false eyelashes on the shelf—be prepared for that. For a couple of nights it was fine, though some rooms had no windows and the sound insulation was poor.

My stay at this hotel was uneventful, with no major issues or complaints to report. Everything seemed to be in order, and I didn't encounter any problems during my visit.
