The place is near the train station and the bedding is clean, but the sheets on the bed were dirty, there was dampness, no Wi‑Fi, and we had to ask for toiletries; the blankets and covers in the wardrobe were not entirely clean, overall everything feels old, and for the price you could have had something better.

The only bright spot was the location, and we booked a room for four with a private bathroom but nothing else. The beds were thankfully “clean.” Everything else was awful: the shared kitchen was filthy, so filthy that touching anything made me feel nauseated. The staff was clueless; the guy who welcomed us didn’t even speak Italian, and although the price was advertised, when we arrived he charged us 7 euros each.

The place was in a good spot. The experience was terrible: the floor in the room and bathroom was completely wet, the toilet cistern dripped nonstop, and when I reported it the person in charge just mopped the floor, which stayed wet and smelled bad, claiming it would dry itself. The hygiene was unacceptable; the toilet looked unclean after previous guests, mold covered the shower, there was no hand soap or toilet paper despite the amenities list, towels were too small, blankets smelled bad, and pillows were hard. The staff didn’t know the reception procedure and offered no solutions. The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and guest care were zero. I do not recommend this place.

The room was well‑situated. The employee on site didn’t speak English or Italian and demanded we take photos of our ID for no clear reason. The blankets were stained, the common areas were dirty (moldy food in the fridge, no trash cans, no toilet paper, mold behind the bathroom door). The photos on the website didn’t match reality. For the high price, we expected a decent space.

Bruyant, sous vidéo surveillance, état lamentable des lieux avec une salle de bain moisie et des draps tachés. Douche à proximité des prises électriques. Le gérant est présent la moitié de la journée, aucune intimité. Photos du site non conformes à la réalité. Pitoyable et honteux pour le prix
