“Never stayed. Saw the nasty and went elsewhere.”

Nothing was acceptable. The place was filthy, the comforters were soiled, walls and toilets were dirty, and the entire property seemed like it belonged to vagrants. They still rent rooms while misleading guests.

There were bed bugs.

“Horrible”

The room was filthy, smelled bad, the sheets were stained and looked unwashed, the floor was sticky, and everything inside needed replacement; we couldn't sleep well. We stayed only because no other place had a vacancy and my husband needed a break, but I don't even want to touch anything in the room. The lighting was poor, and the whole place was run‑down and dirty.

“Horrible customer service”

I never got my refund. I never stayed there because it was closed that night during the storm.

“I had to switch rooms twice, it’s always a lot of noise going on. The room smelled and the toilet was not cleaned proper”

Convenient, but also inconvenient.
