The cleaning and the Honduran staff were good. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, breakfast was weak, limited, and repetitive. Reception staff were unfriendly, speaking only what was necessary. The rooms were small and the hotel’s location was poor.

I felt safe, the staff were very helpful, and the location was right next to the subway. The room was small.

The location is central and there’s a gym. The AC was frigid, made us ill, and when we asked to lower it they refused and offered a portable heater that didn’t help. We paid over $300 a night just to get sick because the rooms feel like Siberia.
