“No quería habitación hacia insurgentes”
I was assigned a room overlooking Avenida Insurgentes, right where the city marathon ran, and from 5am there were screams and cheers that kept me awake.
Breakfast was very limited, there is no metro nearby, the staff are not very helpful, the bathroom uses a plastic curtain, the lighting is very poor, and the daily rate is expensive for the facilities.

The manager at the breakfast buffet was really good. I didn’t know his name, but he was an older gentleman and always attentive. The room cleanliness was terrible, with hair everywhere. They switched us to another room, which also had hair, just in smaller amounts, and I didn’t ask for another change because my family was tired, but it was not pleasant to sleep there. The first room also had an unpleasant smell.
“Decepción total”
The room was dirty, the breakfast was awful, and the open “closet” was disorganized.
