1 double bed
“You cannot contact the property”
There’s a kitchen in the flat. The check‑in was difficult: I booked at the last minute and had to contact a WhatsApp number to figure out how to check in. I also had to pay a £50 deposit before checking in. When I entered the room, there were many stains on the wall and marks on the fridge. I sent videos and images of the issues to the WhatsApp number because I was worried they would accuse me of causing them and keep my deposit, which was a lot of stress. This is the first time I’ve paid a deposit for a two‑day booking. My flatmates said they didn’t pay a deposit. I’m still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. I hope this isn’t a scam. The window curtains don’t block the light, making the room very hot during the heat wave. There was no AC or even a small fan provided. The TV wasn’t working. I contacted the WhatsApp number about the TV; he told me on the first day that he’d escalated it, but then he completely ignored me until I left, and the TV was never fixed. The customer service was very bad and showed a lack of respect for the client.
“The toitlet should have its own floor mat. Safety hazard. I put out mine during the stay and it was gone after the clean”
There weren't enough kitchen tools and I couldn’t find any scissors.
The only thing that pleased me was the privacy I enjoyed during my stay, but the other guests were noisy, filthy, and on several occasions left the toilet bowl in a horrible state. On top of that, they sent me the wrong door password and ignored my attempts to reach out, and I suspect they won’t return my deposit either.
I slept comfortably and the host was fantastic, and honestly everything else was perfect.
“Would highly recommend”
The spot was brilliant, and there was nothing I didn’t like.
