The hotel sits right in the centre and looks great, with parking available in its own garage or next door in a public car park; the staff were friendly and we received a free room upgrade without even asking, though the €37 daily fee for the car park was quite steep, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

My friend and I stayed here to catch a concert. The hotel staff greeted us warmly on arrival and said hello and goodbye whenever we left, which was a nice touch. One night I returned a bit inebriated after too many drinks, but the staff were very kind and asked me the next day if I was okay, which was very considerate. The hotel sits in the city centre, a short walk from the train station—about 15 minutes—and the walk is very pleasant. I didn’t get to try the hotel breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but the room was spacious and clean when we arrived, thanks to a complimentary upgrade to a twin room. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower. No complaints about the room or staff. The hotel did have a minor elevator issue while we were there, as one of the stops wasn’t working, but it was still usable to reach our floor. There was also a fault one of the days. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be worth noting if you need an elevator to go up and down stairs. I would say the hotel can accommodate you on the ground floor.
