The location was excellent, just a stone’s throw from the city center, and it offered a good quality‑price balance.

The bed pillows were dirty, and the corner of the bed was hidden by the bedspread and too close to the bathroom door, where I got hurt. The room faces a busy roundabout and the windows aren’t adequate, so you stay awake listening to the traffic. The bathroom has a drain leak on the floor. When you call for assistance, no one answers and no one calls back.

Zona silenziosa, e Posizionato al centro 5 minuti a piedi e per prendere tutte le direzioni verso Roma,Firenze,Assisi,a 20 minuti dalle Cascate delle marmore. Già lo sapevo, ma non hanno un parcheggio privato ma ci sono tanti parcheggi liberi oltre che vicino a 3 minuti ce un parcheggio a Pagamento, però non accettano Moto, il residence inoltre si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore
