Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices—eggs cooked exactly how we wanted, plus French toast and waffles. The restaurant’s setting was lovely and the staff always greeted us with a smile. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect for us.

The hotel is a beautiful spot with lovely, comfortable rooms and direct access to a very exclusive beach. The staff are very friendly and the food is great. It might feel a bit isolated with nothing nearby, but that’s fine because the hotel itself has everything.

The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness, the quality of food and cocktails, the overall design, the very clean beach, and the well‑maintained grounds (plants, trees, paths) all left a great impression, especially since the property had just been freshly renovated. We’d come back for the high relaxation factor. The downside was that a neighbor’s shared bungalow terrace smoked, and the cigarette smoke drifted into the front area and adjacent rooms. The in‑room morning coffee concept was nice but never worked perfectly—crimes by resident crows on the milk jugs caused chaos, so a personal kettle and real ground‑ground coffee would be better. The extra single bed in the room takes up a lot of space and makes the room feel cramped.

We stayed two nights right after our safari to unwind, and the white sandy beach and calm vibe were exactly what we needed. The place felt relaxed and the staff were friendly. The only let‑down was that the evening feeding of the bush babies, which we had read about, never happened on either night, though we did see one perched in a tree later. Overall, it was a bit pricey.

Everything was flawless: the setting, location, welcome, service, cleanliness, bedding quality, quiet, pool… Nothing was missing, absolutely perfect!
