The location is excellent and it’s next to Hilltown mall. The dinner restaurant’s food was overcooked, overpriced, and there were no English menus—only a QR scan that’s hard to read. Older guests who don’t use QR scanning need a normal menu. I wouldn’t eat there again after 2–3 dinners.

Top Gym, Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. ich übernachte immer wieder in diesem Hotel, doch leider lässt die Qualität nach. Zimmer teilweise mi Abnutzungen, Badezimmer mit Rissen in den Platten, dreckige Fugen, Teppiche nicht mehr sauber, Fenster dreckig (evtl. Ein schlechtes Zimmer bekommen)

I thought the place was fairly clean, but the misleading booking photos gave me a horrible view that didn't match the reality. The bathroom was moldy, many cabinets were broken and in a pitiful state. The staff seemed eager for tips even though they weren't doing anything. The location was far from any public transport and no one at reception would give us directions. The internet was awful! I’d have preferred roaming data, as the Wi‑Fi was advertised as high speed.

The breakfast was really good and the service times were convenient. However, we ran into several problems. It looked like the hotel was partnered with a hospital, so many patients stayed there, some in pretty bad conditions, which made the vibe uncomfortable. The room wasn’t clean enough; we had to call reception for towels. The main elevators didn’t reach the parking lot, so we used the freight elevator instead. Most frustratingly, we arrived at about 1:00 PM, the room wasn’t ready, so we left and came back at about 5:00 PM, which wrecked our day.
