The hotel sits in the heart of Georgetown’s historic district, making it easy to walk everywhere, and I’ll definitely return next time I visit Penang.

The location is great and the staff are helpful, but the lobby lounge/pub is no longer operating and the spa has also closed.

It’s easy to get there and very convenient for restaurants and street shopping, and everything else looks fine.

Breakfast was a good choice, the room was clean and the location is superb; the bed is hard, so please upgrade the TV to a smart TV.
