The hotel is really lovely, located in the old town square of Chiang Mai. It sits on the quieter side of the square, so it’s good for a peaceful night’s sleep, yet it’s close enough to the bars—about a 20‑minute walk. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order, and there was nothing negative.

The hotel is a nice little place at the start of the old town. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms offered great value for money. The room was slightly damp, and the breakfast buffet was very small.

The rooms were cozy with plenty of space, and breakfast downstairs was included and enjoyable. The bathroom was a bit on the small side.
