“Disappointing for a Hyatt. Staff needs more training when it comes to payments. I paid in full at booking and was charge”

The location was fine. The staff seemed annoyed about helping, and I was double‑charged at check‑in. Another staff member was helpful and promised to sort it out, but it hasn’t been resolved yet, so I’m still out an extra $400.

“Will never book here again.”

It was quiet around us. The carpets were dirty, the bathroom was tiny, everything was outdated and visibly worn with scratched furniture, the bed skirt was ratty and dingy, and the window unit air conditioner made weird noises all night and barely kept the room cool. The front desk staff were unfriendly and rarely at the desk to help anyone.

“The location, staff and view was wonderful!”

Friendly staff, great location, beautiful view, but the bathroom was too small, the shower only had hot water that was a bit too hot, the sink was outside the bathroom, not much room to change, and the A/C didn’t work very well.
