The staff were very friendly, the hotel was quite clean, and it has a gym, but there were only two elevators that filled up quickly and we had to wait a long time. The lighting fixtures in the rooms were poorly positioned and the light was insufficient. The bathroom lighting was also inadequate for applying makeup.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, but the hotel is extremely noisy. The door panels feel like they are made of thin plastic, so conversations on the hallway and guests snoring in adjacent rooms can be heard clearly. The breakfast buffet was disappointing; the selection and quality seemed cheap and did not match the price class of the hotel. The coffee from the machine tasted more like dishwater.
