Rosanna is a fantastic host who surprised us with focaccia, torta della casa, sweets, drinks in the fridge, and explained the city’s key points; the room sits in a perfect area, offers a beautiful view, is very clean, and well equipped, and there’s nothing to complain about.

Rosanna’s communication and directions were excellent, her attention to detail in the room was superb, the homemade baked goods and free bar were lovely touches, the view from the room was the highlight—magical, like a movie set—and the location was superb; we only regret staying for one night. Staying here was absolutely wonderful – from the start we felt truly cared for. A beautiful surprise awaited us upon arrival and the breakfast was superb: fresh focaccia, delicious sponge cake, and a well-stocked fridge with prosecco and various drinks. Every detail was handled with great care. The property is very well equipped and, above all, incredibly clean – we had everything we needed. There’s a coffee machine on site, so we could brew a great cup and enjoy it with the stunning view. The room features a gorgeous bathroom with a large soaking tub and hydromassage. Salt, rose petals, and a bubble bath were also provided, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Huge thanks to the owner, who was extremely friendly and helpful; she told us what to see and pointed out key spots on a map. Our communication with her was seamless throughout. The cherry on top was the unforgettable view of the Matera. That’s definitely the biggest advantage of this place. Sipping morning coffee with that view is truly special. We rate the entire stay 10/10 and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything was polished, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. If we return to Matera, we’ll definitely choose this property again!
