They scam me . I went to their location there I found that the place is being closed

There was nothing to like here bcz on the day of arrival they sent an email saying the guest house, has not confirmed ur stay, tried to call, did send an email, but there was no response, had to book another place, when i was travelling from a long distance, while they took my money and they were unreachable, and the location is not specific, i couldnt be sure which one was which just to be at the location to confirm everything

I paid and didn’t go because their renovating. They Apperantly communicated this with I tried getting my refund from booking.con but they kept lying that I will get my refund if I don’t check in. I didn’t go
