The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a 10‑minute walk to the old town, and nearby markets offer the freshest Georgian produce. The room is very clean, with all the essentials: a hairdryer, slippers, gels, and shampoo. The price is excellent for such comfort and coziness. I especially want to highlight the staff, particularly the owner, who is very friendly, always in touch, and ready to help.

This was the best hotel we stayed at! Everything was perfect: a beautiful new renovation, immaculate cleanliness in the room, the bathroom was sparkling, the bed was comfortable, and the room itself was large and cozy. The hosts were very hospitable, parked the car calmly, and the street was quiet. No negatives.

Everything was great from start to finish! A wonderful owner—thanks a lot for everything 🙏🏼. I really liked the room and the overall location of the hotel: a quiet, peaceful street with no traffic, so no noise. The room was simply stunning, very beautiful, brand new, with an excellent view and all the amenities. I especially appreciated the housekeeping, which cleaned the room every two days—returning to a tidy room felt very pleasant. It was very clean, and I wanted to note that. We’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was literally the best of all we’ve visited. Thanks again, and I highly recommend this hotel; we’ll definitely stay here again when we come to Tbilisi 🥰. No negatives.

Ожидание/реальность полностью совпали. Приветливые хозяева всегда на связи. В номере чисто и уютно. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отличное месторасположение в тихом районе и 15 минутах пешком от туристического старого Тбилиси
