It’s convenient that each floor has its own bathroom and shower. Rooms are clean, and housekeeping regularly cleans and changes the sheets (if you agree). The staff are very friendly, and the food is tasty! There’s no washing machine in the room, but laundry and drying services are available for a modest fee. The grounds are nice, with a playground and a hammock for kids, plus parking. Overall, I liked it. On the downside, there wasn’t enough space for our group. The stairs to the second floor are steep and you have to lean to avoid hitting your head. There’s a water drainage issue in the shower, no extractor fan on the second floor, so humidity is high (it works intermittently on the first floor). The socket placement is inconvenient; to turn on a kettle you have to put it on the floor or use an extension cord. Small notes for the owner, who may not even be aware.

The place is cozy and picturesque, tucked away from the road yet close to everything you might need—stores, pharmacies, restaurants, post offices—so the terrace with its table and chairs feels private because no one can see in from other buildings. Parking is available and there are plenty of conveniences like a kettle, slippers, tea, and more. The grounds look beautiful and the staff are friendly, giving you a break from the bustle. The only real surprise was the fan; the air in the building never moved at all because of the single window, so the bathroom’s ventilation is basically useless. In the evening, the lack of a screen on the window means you can’t open it without a swarm of insects (though no mosquitoes), and in the morning the building was basically airless. Cleaning could have been better: the toilet seat rim had dark droplets that were wiped away with a damp napkin, there was stray hair on the bed sheet (maybe from the blanket), cups still had drink residue, and a bit of dust—enough to make you want to mop the floor or something.

The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to accommodate. The accommodation was comfortable, tidy, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The on‑site restaurant and playground made our family feel fully satisfied. In terms of price versus quality, it’s one of the best places for a family vacation in Western Ukraine. The only downside was the absence of a pool, but I don’t consider that a major flaw.

A quiet spot perfect for a peaceful break. The cottages were comfortable; my husband, daughter and I stayed in a bedroom on the 2nd floor with a bathroom, and the daughter had her own bedroom on the 1st floor with a bathroom. Two spacious balconies. A small fridge and kettle were available. The area has a barbecue spot, gazebos, and hammocks. The restaurant serves very tasty, large breakfasts. The staff are friendly and ready to help with anything.

This is an incredibly cozy and wonderful spot—truly a gem! We felt at home, with impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Special thanks to Ms. Gabriella and the whole team: the hostess was extremely welcoming, and the front desk lady always greeted us with a genuine smile and was ready to help with anything. We’re also grateful for the chance to bring our beloved pet! The atmosphere here is pure tranquility, perfect for a soulful break. Sipping morning coffee or tea on the terrace with such a stunning panoramic view is simply fantastic! We’ll definitely come back.
