The only redeeming quality of this place was the front desk staff. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rest of the experience was a complete disaster. The hotel needs to take a hard look at their rating and the overall state of the property.

This America's Best Value Inn was a hidden gem, and I'm so glad I gave it a try. The room was super clean and comfy, and it was clear that the staff took pride in keeping the place well-maintained. The hotel host was an absolute star - he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his warm welcome really made us feel at home. For a budget-friendly option that still delivers on cleanliness and service, this place is hard to beat - I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were super friendly and helped me with my late check-in without any issues. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy. I was a bit worried about the noise from the street, but it wasn't too bad, and I managed to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, and I'd stay here again.
