The hotel is simple but well‑located; breakfast was fine, though we ran into a booking error that left us waiting after a long flight, yet the staff eventually resolved it and secured the two rooms we had booked.

The place has an excellent location, solid infrastructure, clean rooms, and helpful staff, but the breakfast felt somewhat limited in variety; I chose it because I’d read that Casa Andina’s breakfast was outstanding, and while it met expectations, it lacked options.

Las habitaciones y el desayuno. El personal. Durante mi estancia en Lima tuvimos algunos imprevistos, que trasladamos al personal y no sentí interés por intentar solucionar o, simplemente, dar un poco apoyo. Se limitan a hacer su trabajo y ya. No obstante, cuando viajas a un país extranjero, considero que es importante que te hagan sentir como en casa
