I only liked the central location; the room was on the first floor with a small window overlooking the street, not a sea view with balcony as promised. It was listed for four people but only accommodated two, and everything, including the Wi‑Fi, was for two.

The place was well situated, the apartment had been freshly renovated, and the furnishings were tasteful. We did miss the cutlery – no spoon or fork was provided.

The room was modern and fully equipped, and the little balcony lets you dry beach towels and swimsuits. The only downside is the missing bidet.

The apartment was very nice in the historic centre, which has its own charm. Get ready to walk on cobbles with luggage in the pedestrian zone – the nearest parking is a little over a kilometre away. It has a lovely balcony and overall looks great. If you don’t mind a slightly harder approach with luggage, the central location is really good. The keys must be collected from an agency that is completely outside the apartment area, which isn’t very convenient, especially if you don’t have a car. We should also improve the extra equipment in the apartment. We stayed four people, but only one glass and one mug were available – otherwise there was practically no basic crockery. We wanted to have a glass of wine on the balcony with my partner, but I had to go to a restaurant across the street to open the wine and then we drank it from a mug. That was not quite right. The apartment is beautiful and well‑located, but the basic equipment definitely needs to be added.
