The staff helped me upgrade my room level, and the location is just near the subway station—highly recommend.
The staff were courteous, the breakfast was decent and the location convenient. On the downside, the floor, bathroom and bed were only cleaned every third day, while towels and trash bins were serviced daily.
Very good location, the metro station is right under the hotel. A 24/7 shop is also nearby. The breakfasts are good and tasty. There is no space to unpack luggage and unpacked items.
The location was very convenient, the room and overall cleanliness were great, and even when an earthquake struck in the middle of the night the staff used the room’s intercom to advise us not to use the elevators and to explain the hotel’s response, which was very reassuring.
