I wouldn’t stay here again because the desk clerk is rude, and everything else is bad—if you try to cancel they keep your money.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean; the person checking us in said they didn’t have a freezer, so they offered to put my freezer packs in for medicine. There was no vent in the bathroom, so the smoke alarm goes off during a hot shower, and the bathtub drain was very slow.

The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and efficient, answering every question before I even asked and making sure I knew I could rely on her for anything I needed. However, the TV was wired incorrectly, flickering on and off, so I had to troubleshoot it before settling in. The complimentary breakfast only offered coffee, cereal, waffles, and apples, and there was no water available, which felt more like a snack than a full breakfast.
