20 minutes from PortAventura and 5 minutes from the main beach
The buffet food was awesome, with lots of variety and good quality
The staff were super friendly and the whole experience was amazing
The pools with entertainment were amazing

The welcome was friendly and the staff were available, even though the language barrier was a bit tough for us; they managed to adapt. We had a small problem leaving the parking when we departed – the reception intercom didn’t work, so we had to go back up to ask for the gate to open.

Los desayunos, comidas y cenas excelentes pero no me gusto el horario para comer, era de 13 a 15h pero para las 14,20, ya empezaban a recoger y antes de las tres ya no quedaba nadie comiendo, a mi me gusta comer sin prisas y acabar por lo menos a las 15,30h, para desayunar y cenar estaba bien el horario. La ubicación excelente. Los horarios de las comidas muy cortas de 13h a 15h

The location was good. The staff at check‑in—Miss Violeta and a very young but competent colleague whose name I don't recall—were very friendly and gave excellent advice, and they also handled check‑out exceptionally well yesterday, Sunday, with Carlos. I was satisfied with my experience.
The location and service were good, yet the bus area had little sound insulation, and there were rats in the garage ceiling and on the walls, leaving vehicles covered in urine and droppings.
“If air conditioning is a must for your holiday I WOULD NOT book here”
The place is in a great spot, just a stone's throw from the beach and the main area. We had no air conditioning throughout our stay. We always book with AC, so we raised the issue for three days, but the staff kept postponing it and making excuses, and they were quite rude. A helpful staff member eventually arranged a room change and promised the AC would work in the new room, but when we entered it was still not functioning. If AC is essential for your holiday, I would not book here.
