The room was spacious, with large windows, a lovely kitchen and bathroom; everything was clean and the owner was very welcoming. Parking was easy and free, and everything matched the listing, making for a lovely stay and great value for money—I’d gladly return. The only downside was the absence of a washing machine for guests, which was a minor inconvenience; I’d have appreciated it since I was staying for over a week.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the kitchen/dining area was well equipped for what we needed while dropping off our daughter at university accommodation. Parking was a bit restricted, though a short walk to the nearest street parking was manageable. I’d have preferred an en‑suite, but shared access to the toilet, bath, and shower worked fine.
