Keep in mind it’s low season, so there were almost no other guests. The breakfast selection was very poor, but the food itself was okay. The swimming pool was great and very peaceful, especially from the villa facing the beach. The staff could have explained the Wi‑Fi and deposit safe better. The safe required a key, but the key wasn’t in the room, so you had to follow a complicated set of instructions to get the electronic pin pad system working, which didn’t work because you needed the key that we didn’t have. Reception was called and then supplied it, which was frustrating. The Wi‑Fi login details were also unclear. Aside from those issues, all the staff were lovely and everything else worked fine.
