Breakfast wasn’t included, which is odd for the price I paid. That night the room was very warm and the air‑conditioning didn’t keep up with the temperature, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast and air‑conditioning should have been included.

How you're treated by the staff front desk and management. Refused to allow my service animal after I stayed every weekend for at least the last 9 months. I live in my car during the week and have custody of my 11 year old non verbal daughter on the weekends. I paid between 300 and 650 every weekend

Nothing at all- had to checkout the hotel moments after checking in. Worst experience of my life. I pulled back the covers and saw hair on the sheet. I called houskeeping to come clean the room. As soon as the beds were stripped I saw all types of concering issues- a tissue on the bed, bed bug stains/eggs, water damage, a completely brown mattress. I was disgusted and imemdiately checked out. The worst part about it is the receptionist at the front desk didn't even look surprised when I showed her the photos and requested a full refund. I can't even believe this hotel is in business and had the audacity to upcharge almost $400/night because of the proximity to the Chris Brown concert. DO NOT STAY HERE

I spent every weekend for the last nine months at this place, paying between $300 and $650 each time, because I live in my car during the week and have custody of my 11‑year‑old non‑verbal daughter on weekends. The pool was the only thing worth mentioning, but the front desk and management treated me poorly and even refused to allow my service animal.
