“Good location,good staff,good hotel”

The layout is straightforward, the colour scheme works well, and the lobby is spotless and welcoming. Every staff member is great, but Vivek at reception stands out—he’s incredibly helpful, cool, kind, and knows how to calm a temperamental guest like me; if I return to Mumbai, I’ll book ibis again only because of him. The only issue is the toilets, but otherwise the place is fantastic with no other complaints.

I only appreciated Gauri among the staff; everyone else was mediocre, and the hotel itself was disappointing for the price I paid—I could have stayed at a decent 4‑star property. It felt more like a lodge in Dharamshala, with zero hygiene, no common sense, no support, overpriced rooms, and food that was terrible yet billed as 5‑star. The rooms were old, damp, and pathetic, and there was no sense of service.
