The pool area looked nothing like the pictures online—there was no jacuzzi, so the pool didn’t match what my partner and I wanted for our anniversary. The fire alarm blew off in the morning, forcing us to stand outside in our pajamas. A more accurate description of the hotel would have been helpful.

The staff were very attentive and the inn was very clean. The only downside was its proximity to my destination.

This hotel earns an A+ for customer service—Geri and Veronica were fantastic, and the staff guided us through breakfast smoothly. The location is great, easy to find, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and it’s in a safe area. The lobby is spotless, but the rooms feel a bit dated and could use a touch more cleaning. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay and we’ll definitely come back. Parking is free, which is a huge plus, though more parking spots would be welcome.

The location is close to the metro station, offers free parking, a great pool and jacuzzi, and an excellent gym.
