The room was excellent, everything was close by—old town, bars, a long walk, macro bars, department stores, all great. The only issue was the very early check‑out.
“No dormí en el hotel por las cucarachas”
Nothing was good—this hotel was so dirty I couldn’t even sleep because it was infested with cockroaches.

The place was extremely dirty: the floor was stained, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, the bed had stains, and cockroaches were everywhere. They moved us to another room that still had no working air‑conditioning, and the sheets and covers were yellow and stained, clearly not replaced. One towel had a sticky mucus spot and the other was red‑stained. I was moved again, the lock had a crack, the shower knob kept falling off, and overall it was a nightmare; I wouldn’t recommend it.
The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the place was filthy. I had to be moved to a different room three times because of dirt, and then again because of the air‑conditioning.

The spot was great, but the climate control was broken; I told the hotel staff and they said it was fine and didn’t fix it.
