The staff here were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to help us plan a day trip to the dunes. They were always happy to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and safe. However, the bathroom door was a bit of an issue - it was missing, which made things a bit awkward when traveling with a partner or friend. We asked about it at reception, but apparently it's just a design choice.

The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was nice, and the breakfast itself was decent. However, the rooms had a strong paint smell, which was a problem for my son and husband with asthma. There was no aircon, which would've been a big help, and the rooms were a bit cramped. For the price, I guess it was okay, but they could've invested in TVs in the rooms too.

This place has a great location, and it's spotlessly clean and fresh. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about.
