The bed was comfortable, but the room change was delayed because the TV was broken, there were no blackout curtains, no kettle or coffee machine, and the room was under renovation with cement splashes on the floor and in the bathroom, plus missing baseboards. The front‑desk person was very unpleasant.

I couldn’t park and had to wait until check‑in because the parking lot was locked. There were very few dining options, mostly fast‑food places, and I felt uneasy staying there.

There wasn’t much to like. They kept my daughter’s room on a separate floor from mine and said they couldn’t change it even though I had requested a non‑handicapped room. The facility looked run‑down with needed repairs, and it didn’t feel safe or comfortable.

The room was clean with nice bed linens and towels, and the location off the motorway was convenient. The breakfast could have been better.

I started off with a decent breakfast, but the room assignment was off and I ended up paying more than I had planned. The side door blocked our entry to the building, and we ran out of shampoo during our stay.
