The service was very attentive and the rooms were clean, but maintenance was needed: the shower, mirror, and bed were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the street.

The neighbor’s air‑conditioner was extremely noisy around 1 a.m., and the staff refused to help, telling me to figure it out myself. The police said nothing could be done and that a complaint would be treated as a commercial matter. Booking’s customer support only offered a R$ 70 voucher. I had no choice but to leave early that night because my wife and son were also upset.

We really liked the overall room setup, the service was excellent, the snack served in the kitchen was fantastic, the burger was superb, and the breakfast offered a wide range of options.
