The room was clean, the kitchen was complete and tidy. The shower was broken, and it was hard to find the guard.

Only coffee and tea were available. The staff need training on how to serve guests.

The location was good. Cleanliness was an issue – I had to ask for the bedding to be changed and the floor with hair to be washed. It was hot and stuffy, but the fan helped.

The location was strategic, good value for money, and still new. There was no washbasin. The shower water initially smelled like mildew; after a while it became normal. The room was a bit humid. Hanging towels in the bathroom took 3–4 hours, and the room immediately smelled of damp towels. I only found out there was a towel‑drying area on floor 3. My room was on floor 2.
