El hotel está muy bien ubicado; las habitaciones y los restaurantes son muy buenos, con pasta, pizza y desayunos muy completos. El wifi en la habitación no funcionó en mi laptop y no hubo manera de que lo arreglaran.

The breakfast was nice. On my first booking the hotel held a $100 deposit for possible extras, and when I extended my stay a few days later they held another $300. When I complained they admitted the mistake, offered apologies and a small compensation only after I demanded it, and did so reluctantly. I didn’t get the money back until three weeks later. The manager I spoke to was arrogant and unempathetic, and I ended up being the victim of his negligence. I would not stay there again.

We were very pleased after four nights, which is unusual for this time of year in San José; the room was spacious and the housekeeping, restaurant and front‑desk teams were flawless, though the city itself feels quite bleak in August. ===REVIEW 4=== It makes a pleasant one‑night stop if you’re just passing through, but the upkeep left something to be desired.
