We spent two nights at Mohamed’s place and felt right at home; he was very available, and between our stays we did a 3‑day, 2‑night trek from the riad to climb Mount Toubkal with reliable organization, a cook, a guide, and a mule for the two of us. Bonus: the food was quality and inexpensive, the tea reception, and the terrace view were great—thanks, Mohamed. Nothing negative.

Staying here made the whole trip special; it was such a heart‑warming experience with a wonderful host, amazing breakfast, and great views. The road from Imlil can be a bit challenging, so it’s best to ask the host for directions.

Loger chez Mohamed c'est vivre une expérience sociale exceptionnelle. D'une grande gentillesse et toujours prêt a arranger ses locataires, il sait exactement comment recevoir et donner ses bons conseils. L'endroit est complètement atypique. Vous avez la sensation d'être coupés du monde, dans un environnement peu commun. Ça a été une expérience marquante pour nous et nous nous félicitons d'avoir ajouté cette étape de 2 nuits a notre séjour. En mémoire ces dizaines d'enfants rencontrés lors de nos balades à pied, l'immensité de la montagne et cette randonnée de plus de 7h. indescriptible. sans compter le match de foot improvisé avec les enfants du village attenant. Bref c'était mémorable! Petite pensée aussi pour Hassan qui parcourt 1h30 a pied chaque jour pour se rendre sur son lieu de travail à Imlil et qui fait le trajet inverse le soir pour rentrer chez lui. le tout avec un sourire qui ne quitte pas son visage ❤️ Osez le faire, vous ne le regretterez pas !
