The pool area is huge with plenty of options to relax, play, and unwind, but the beach suffers from the current situation in Cancún.

“Muy desatendidas las habitaciones…”

The room had many faults—several things were broken, I reported them and they sent someone quickly just to avoid complaints, the carts were slow and always full… It seems the hotel is experiencing wear from use and only does quick fixes to hide the problems. The cold water in the jacuzzi didn’t work, the shower was clogged, the room smelled damp, the connections were disconnected… Once at a restaurant there was no light and I had to call maintenance multiple times.

“Mala relación calidad precio”

The kids club is a highlight, but the rooms are old and not renovated, there are too many people, and you had to queue for everything. The wait times at the restaurants were endless, and the pool park didn’t have enough loungers for everyone.

“My stay”

The facilities are pretty, food is good. The facilities such as the pools closed too early (around 7pm), there's barely anything to do on Sunday, and the club is only open 3 random days in the week
