The rooms were beautiful and the beds comfortable, the food variety and quality were exceptional, the mountain views were breathtaking, the staff were well‑trained and friendly, and the recreation areas were beautiful and quiet, making it absolutely worth visiting; the bathroom, however, needs updating—shower small, door a bit worn, and it felt like a decade old, though it was clean and presentable.

The setting is superb, surrounded by mountains. The food was excellent - breakfast, lunch and dinner! The staff is friendly and attentive! They were going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Alot of activities in close range of the hotel. The Wellness centre is also worth a visit. Nothing worth noting

The view and location were 10/10; we stayed in a self‑catering cottage that offered all the “home comforts,” a stunning view from the unit, plenty of space so nobody felt cramped, and gorgeous hikes right on the doorstep, but the receptionist staff during our arrival and the next three days were not especially polite or helpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome; we received no information about Wi‑Fi, facilities, or the unit’s location, and when we asked for updates the answer was always “I will find out for you” with no follow‑up, and despite the listing saying there was a coffee machine, none was provided.
