The utensils were covered in spiderwebs, and the place hadn't been cleaned in ages; the shower was awful, barely turned on, and felt ancient. The sofa bed for kids had a hard mattress and slippery plastic sheets.

A peaceful spot, my son even joked about living there; he said it was cozy and he’d buy it. It’s close to the beach 🏖️, walkable. The only downside was the rain, but we’ll return again.

The spot is pleasant and quiet, with a good location and solid setup that lets you relax nicely. The only downside was the parking – the grounds are huge, yet they charge $20 a day for a motorcycle spot and don’t offer any free space. A free spot would have made sense given the size of the property.
