“Katastrophal, Personal nicht Einsichtig und stellt sich Dumm”
The location is good and central, but the place was extremely dirty and unhygienic; I didn’t stay there and left for another hotel. The previous guest’s hair was still visible on the unchanged bed sheet, and the bathroom was filthy and uncleaned. The second room offered after my complaint was in the same condition. I checked out and chose a different hotel, and I’m requesting a refund. I have more photos available if needed.
