No one met us, it was just a doorbell ring and you couldn’t hear anything over the traffic because it sits on the road. The carpets were threadbare and dirty. I want my money back for everything.

I couldn’t even stay at the property; it was that bad. I’m still waiting for someone to reply about a refund. Everything was disgusting.

This hotel wastes your time, offers no help, and has no positives to mention. Avoid it entirely. The communication was disgraceful: we asked to change our date, got a new date, and then the hotel cancelled that new date on the original day, leaving us with no alternative but to lose our money. All phone lines just loop back to an automated service that offers zero help. Stay away if you value basic communication.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great with free parking on site; a single bus takes you straight into town. The building feels dated, and I could see mold on the walls in both my room and the bathroom.

The bed was only somewhat comfortable, and they supplied free tea, coffee, shampoo and conditioner. The room was warm enough. However, the bathroom was infested with mould, especially in the shower, which made us avoid showering entirely. The radiator was clogged with dust, the curtain was torn on the outside and looked awful, paint splatters were everywhere, and mould also appeared in the bedroom. No staff member was seen during our stay, and we’re unsure if anyone even checked in to clean properly. We abandoned the stay halfway because we were simply uncomfortable.
