We loved the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere, room service was excellent and the pasta was delicious, and the staff were lovely and attentive; however, the Junior Suite didn’t feel as spacious, luxurious, and special as we expected for a 5‑star hotel and a suite.

Beautiful old place with modern comfort, everything was perfect, only the coffee at breakfast “haperde”.

The location really captures the sense of tradition and nature, but the coffee bar opened late, and the pool felt hot and cramped with no natural shade outside. We couldn't eat outside even though it was very warm, and there’s no outdoor terrace for an aperitif.

The class was great. Nothing else.

The bedrooms and staff were good, yet we couldn't use the restaurants because they were “fully booked,” which is ridiculous and made the food options poor. We were told room service was only available in our rooms, which didn’t work for a party of six. Arriving at a Relais & Châteaux hotel and not being able to have dinner is unacceptable, especially when the hotel isn’t in a place where you can walk to another restaurant. This was VERY BAD. The hotel had contacted us before arrival, but this food issue wasn’t explained.
