The lodge was roomy.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Outside there was a nice garden and plenty of space for kids to play. The rooms were dated, had neglected upkeep, and everything looked pretty shabby. The photos made it look better than it was. A indoor pool was listed under facilities, but it wasn’t there. The outdoor pool was closed during our stay. For the price I expected a little more.

I had a great stay as usual, with a convenient location, friendly staff, and an overall good experience.

The staff service was excellent, and even with near‑freezing temperatures all week they kept the rooms warm by turning on the aircon before we returned. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the restaurant staff provided superb service. However, the key kept losing synchronisation with the room, but the staff were super helpful and found me an alternative room.
