“Não tivemos uma boa experiência”

The place looked nice, but I went to celebrate my first‑anniversary with my wife and asked for a surprise (like petals) regardless of cost; they said it wasn’t possible and I didn’t understand why. Then I learned check‑out was at 10 am, while most nearby restaurants open at 11:30. We arrived, were shown a room that didn’t match the photos, and the app only offered a paid option to choose a bathtub. It was raining that day and the room leaked, and to top it off there was no hot water—just cold showers on a cold day. We told the staff all of this, and he said the cold water was “normal” on rainy days, which was never mentioned. It wasn’t a good experience; I wanted to surprise my wife and we left disappointed.

I arrived to find no towels in the room, neither bath nor face towels, and nothing was included beyond the basic amenities; waking up without breakfast is a drawback, especially since the place is remote.

“Horrível!”

The view was gorgeous, but the bathtub was filthy when turned on. I went with my daughter who has autism for a break, and we were really stressed by the lack of support. We were left alone in a remote spot all night, and when we called for help it took over an hour for anyone to show up.

“Perfeita”

The accommodation was perfect – great view, cozy room, and the hosts were super helpful. The only downside is that the restaurant isn’t ready yet, but that’s just a matter of time.
