The location was excellent, a parking spot right in front of the building, the reception was very friendly, and overall the hotel was run with a warm, welcoming vibe.

A nice hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast, close to the city center; the room was spacious, spotless, and had a huge bed. They offer private parking and there are plenty of city parking spots nearby. I’d stay there again next time I visit Ruse.
