The location is very central, close to many shops and points of interest. There’s a large free parking lot nearby (5 min walk). The staff are attentive and efficient. Breakfast is satisfactory, though not exceptional. The room’s soundproofing could be better. Besides the noise from nearby neighbors, being next to Angra’s main road means rest is sometimes below expectations. The temperature and shower water flow indications were also lacking. The WC area could be larger.

The suite was spacious, but the sofa bed was old and broken, needing an urgent replacement. The beds were comfortable and the detail of having 2 pillows/bolsters was appreciated. One of the rooms smelled very bad, and there were few amenities.

Location and value for money are good. Breakfast is basic. Customer service is very lacking.
