The staff were exceptionally courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist, which I really appreciated. I wish the breakfast had a wider selection of breads, fruits, and cold cuts, though. In my room there was no three‑pin socket, only one in the bathroom.

The bath towels were in a terrible state—so old and awful that they needed to be replaced immediately. When I entered the room, a pair of underwear was left in the bathroom by the previous guest, and the housekeepers had not removed it beforehand; they should pay more attention to such details.
