The room décor matched the photos and the staff were friendly, but the towels were never changed, the bed had no sheet underneath—just a cover—and the blanket stayed dirty and never got washed during the whole stay. A face towel was only provided on the first day. The pool was unappealing and dirty. At breakfast, they put other guests’ preserves on our table, the food was greasy and sometimes not fresh. There was a lot of noise and poor sound insulation. Arguments broke out between guests and staff. The location was at the back of an alley.

The apartment for four people was very typical, with a good breakfast served at the table. There were few toiletries in the bathroom and no hair dryer. We would have liked fruit and butter at breakfast.

Le riad est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la médina et de la place jama el fna. Et pourtant aucun bruit, il est très au calme. Petit déjeuner bien fourni et délicieux !!!! Le personnel est au top, souriant, très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ils nous ont bien aidé pour organiser un transfert depuis l'aéroport, nous accompagnant jusqu'au taxi et nous portant nos valises. Je recommande ce riad à 100% 😊. La piscine est toute petite et l'eau pas très propre

We loved everything, but I want to highlight the kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially Salah (night staff). The breakfast lady was exceptionally professional and always delivered an excellent breakfast. Thank you to both of them. I’d repeat the experience. The cleaning was always very good.
